Fiona boasts a 35-year track record of transforming businesses. She served as Sales Director at Unilever, Head of Beverages at RFG, and National Strategy Manager at Coca-Cola Amatil, earning an Exceptional Leader Award. Fiona excels in strategy, negotiations, sales, restructuring, identifying new growth pillars and developing high performance teams. She is the Principal of Dial Consulting which specialises in strategy consulting and leadership training programs across both private and public sectors. She works with ambitious leaders to enable them to create the organisational results they demand, the culture they desire, and the career and personal worth they deserve. Fiona is the President of the NSW Division of Australian Institute of Training and Development, and her programs are founded on neuroscience, adult learning and change management principles to ensure the training delivers lasting behaviours and improved organisational performance.
